I am excited to be a member of Chicago Market because I share the same values and mission of the co-op. I am especially interested in helping to develop a market that connects local/regional producers with an urban community that is diverse and in need of quality and healthy products. I would love to see this model of food distribution thrive in order to offer an alternative model to our environmentally destructive food production systems.
