We have exciting news to share!

We submitted our application for construction of our grocery store to the City on Friday!

Our design team at StoreMasters has been working so hard to rework drawings in light of recent changes from our utility companies and those drawings then needed review by our engineering contractors and architects. And finally our permit expediter was able to pull together all the needed items — over 150 pages of drawings and supporting documents — and submit. 
 
It's a moment to celebrate!

Next steps:

 City review is currently expected to take 6-8 weeks. It could go longer, but that's the best intel we have at the moment.  

 The City could request edits and changes, which then adds some time.

 Once we have permits, our construction can begin!

There are so many moving parts to a project of our size and complexity, but it's all worth it to build the grocery store we all look forward to!
