Build a Better Market — Year-end Donations
This has been a great year for Chicago Market and your year-end donation can keep that progress rolling!
We received a $75,000 vote of confidence in the form of a grant from the Chicago Region Food System Fund.
Your Co-op is on a quick-moving path now toward build out and opening, but one step remains — raising the last of the needed capital. Alongside the bank loan and the TIF funding is Owner and community participation in the construction costs. That's the way co-ops retain local control and autonomy — WE participate in the funding.
Please consider an end-of-year donation to Chicago Market. Your help this year, in ANY amount, keeps giving because a co-op keeps giving — through jobs, charitable giving, food access and more.
Donations may be tax-deductible and recurring donations are also possible. Check with your tax advisor to learn more about how the CARES Act may make it easier to help Chicago Market with a charitable donation this year.
