A family-owned, organic-pasture based livestock and poultry farm, Mint Creek raises premium, grass-fed meats for the Chicago area. Turkeys sold out early this year, but Mint Creek's regular selection of products are available to order and pick up at Chicago Market on Nov. 21.

Sage Stuffing Sausage | Chicago Meat Collective (Chicago, IL)

Made with La Pryor Farms pasture raised pork, this sausage is simple and classic. Seasoned with sage, black pepper, and garlic, this sausage is sold bulk (not in a sausage casing) by the pound.
