We are delighted by the wonderful response so far to our call for prospective members of Chicago Market's first Board of Directors.
To make sure all interested candidates have time to apply -- and attend an informational session -- we're extending the application deadline two weeks, until November 30.
Chicago Market's launch Board, a 15-member group of Owners, will make all of the critical decisions governing the early stages of the co-op -- choosing a location, hiring staff, deciding what to put on the shelves. And we want you to help make those decisions.

We will hold a Board informational session from 6:30-8:00 p.m. November 20 at the Swedish American Museum. We strongly encourage all candidates to attend. RSVP for Info Session here.
All co-op Owners can vote for the Board from Dec. 7-21. Look for more voting information soon.
We will host a Meet the Candidates session on the afternoon of December 7. Location will be announced.
