I support Chicago Market for many reasons.  One is to support local.  I believe in sourcing from local resources to not only support local but to aid in sustainability and to work with the natural cycles of life.  Having a local market that provides local produce and products, where you know the farmers/producers of these products provides accountability and forms deep, communal relationships.
