What better for gift giving for the holiday season than a Savory Cranberry Relish - with apples, pears and crystallized Ginger!
This hands-on participation class is designed for the novice canner as well as the seasoned one in need of a refresher. We will discuss the different uses of relishes and chutneys, go over the basics of boiling-water-bath canning, including information on food safety, and recommendations on how to store your newly canned goods. We will have materials available and show you beautiful ways to package those homemade canned goods so that they look as good as they taste! Each participant gets to take home the Savory Cranberry Relish that they've made during the class. What a great gift to give the people that you love most this holiday!
