- Carefully read the Prospectus which has terms, risks and other important information about our loan program.
- Complete all the highlighted areas in the Promissory Note and Loan Agreement
- Send your check and completed documents to:

OR mail the documents and send the funds via wire transfer OR contact us to setup a personal meeting where we can complete the paperwork and receive the funds. - Chicago Market will do our part of the paperwork, process your payment, and send you copies of the documents digitally OR you can request to have hard copies mailed to you.
