Calling all lovers of local food: the grocery store of your dreams is becoming a reality.
On June 22, at the Metropolis Coffee Roasting Garage, we'll be hosting a family-friendly event with food, drinks, activities for kids and adults alike, and more.
Come have a local Begyle beer, a Virtue Cider, or a Seedling Fruit bike-your-own smoothie, enjoy a Jo Snow snow cone and some Tiny But Mighty popcorn.
Metropolis will be filled with drawing stations where kids and adults are invited to draw, color, and doodle all of their favorite fruits, veggies, foodstuffs, or just about anything their imaginations can come up with. We want you to tell us what your dream grocery store looks like - so that we can build this dream together!
Bring your friends and family to learn more about the Chicago Market, a new cooperative grocery store - owned by community members like you! At the party, you will have the opportunity to become one of our Founding Owners onsite!
