Join us on Saturday, May 7th from 2:30-5:30 p.m. when Chicago Market will host its third Co-op Pop-Up market with some of the region's finest growers and producers. The market pops up at The Belle Shore, a beautiful historic building in the Bryn Mawr Historic District at the heart of Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood.
Our vendors will bring the season's finest, including lots of fresh produce, bread and grains, and meat. We'll also be featuring tomato seedlings and potted plants. All vendors align with Chicago Market's Purchasing Values.
Vendors:
And to kick start your spring planting, Chicago Market Owner Bob Zeni will be selling tomato plants he grew just for you! Wondering what to do with Bob's tomatoes or all those plants you picked up at The Peterson Garden Project? No worries, Chicago Market Owner, volunteer, and resident plant expert Terri Reardon will be on hand at our first ever Pop-Up Plant help desk.
We'll be joined at the Pop-Up by Care for Real, an innovative food pantry in Edgewater. You can help others in our community (one of Chicago Market's core values) by making a donation of food or money at the Market.
There is no entry fee, but an RSVP is required.
