Whether you’re a novice canner or a seasoned pickler in need of a refresher, join Master Canner Liat Shanan for this hands-on class. We will go over the basics of pickling science and boiling-water-bath canning, including information on food safety, and recommendations on how to store your newly canned goods. At the end of class, everyone get to take home a jar of pickled asparagus that they’ve made!
