It’s been a bit more than a week since Chicago Market first announced our sales from Hazzard Free Farm and our partner farmer/producers – it’s time to tell you a little more about  our Partner Sampler Box!

Gretta’s Goats
Located in Pecatonica, Illinois, Gretta’s Goats offers a variety of seasonal farmstead goat's milk products, including the yummy caramels offered in the Partner Sampler. These caramels are made with simple ingredients (farm fresh goat's milk, sugar, glucose syrup, cream, butter, and salt) with goat’s milk coming from their herd of happy, healthy (and adorable) goats. Their goats are rotationally grazed on their Animal Welfare Approved Farm.

Pecatonica River Honey
Pecatonica River Honey currently runs 75 hives from Freeport to Rockford, Pecatonica Forest Preserve to Mt. Morris, Illinois. They offer 100% natural local honey (and creamed honey) while also selling honey products such as lotion bars, soap and more.

Wind Ridge Herb Farm
Wind Ridge Herb Farm, located in Caledonia, Illinois has a wide range of products, from teas and herbs to bath products and salves.
