Here's a quick update on what our Chicago Market teams have been doing this past week:
Board members hosted a successful Coffee & Conversation event at Sulzer Library.
Board Governance is talking with prospective Board members.
Site Selection visited a new prospective site.
Funding Director attended meeting to learn more about applying for TIF and NMTC funding, and also attended a meeting about the Benefit Chicago funding application.
Events recruited a new team member for pop-up markets and is planning fall events.
Board member Karen wrote the July newsletter and started planning August's newsletter.
The GM hiring committee met.
Board members attended the CBLD Board Leadership Development workshop.
