Here's a quick update on what our Chicago Market teams have been doing this past week:
The Board met for its monthly meeting.
The GM Hiring Team met and worked on the job description and reviewed consultant research.
Board member Karen trained a new volunteer on our database and prepared the August newsletter.
Work continues on our transition to Basecamp 3 project-management software.
Board members met with the Funding Director to discuss the Owner Loan Campaign.
Board member Jen scheduled meetings with NationBuilder designers to work on our new site and analyzed our social media data.
Board member Mike is working on election logistics for the Board member election.
Site team is arranging an architect visit of a potential site and working on its team organization so it can respond quickly with letters of intent and negotiations.
